I had the honor of playing with the   Butler University Jazz Ensemble, and the Butler University Studio Orchestra, on Thursday evening. The first half of the program was pure jazz, the orchestra joined the jazz ensemble in the second half of the performance to commemorate Leonard Bernstein’s 100th Birthday.
